Saturday, June 7, 2008 Goshen Humane Society Sam's Club hot dog/hamburger event. The society will be selling hot dogs & hamburgers at Sam's Club in Middletown, NY on Saturday June 7th from 11:00am till probably 5:00pm. If you are in the area, stop by and grab a burger or dog and help support our shelter. So please come out hungry and leave full. If you'd like to help man the grill, call 294-9101 and ask for either Sue or Rick.
- Sept 15th, 2007 - Goshen Humane Society will have it's 2nd annual "CONCERT IN THE PARK." Where: Presbytarian Church property in the Village of Goshen. Time: 11AM-5PM
- Tommy Lee Walker of WRWD (107.3FM) will do his show live from 11am-1pm
- Cover-Up Band will play live from 1pm - 5pm
- Macaroni the Clown will be there for the kids from about 12noon until 1:30PM. There will be face painting, shelter will have a tie dye booth, food, 50/50 raffle to benefit the animals, vendors and "NEW" this year a Poker Run. This will be in the morning before the event starts.
- For Poker Run, Vendor and Volunteer information, please call 294-9101, 457-9035 or 294-3984. We are in need of people to sell 50/50 tickets, set up, work tie dye booth, sell food, etc......
- Please tell your family and friends about this event - it was a great success last year!! You can also meet several of our shelter family cats and dogs.
We will be rescheduling our Rabies Clinic for a later date, so please check in often with our new website for update information
We are hoping to have an "Open House" later in the fall of 2007.
We appreciate any ideas for fundraising, and welcome anyone who is willing to help with fundraising.
